When you list with me, If your home qualifies, I will guarantee it sells within 45 days... or
I will pay $1,000 towards your closing costs in escrow, when it does sell.
Also:
- Your home will be marketed in print (South Bay Digs) and all over the Internet. I am a Real Estate Marketing Expert.
- Your property will have a custom made (not template) single property website for additional exposure to buyers 24 hours a day. Example
- A sign rider will go on the 'For Sale' sign (if city rules allow it) giving web address and QR Code for more information and 'smart' phone access to info.
- Your home will go on the multiple listing service. (MLS)
- If you want 'Public Open Houses' they will be scheduled in advance and a member of my team will do it.
- There will be a Broker's open house during the first or second week.
- If I find the buyer (happens often) and represent both sides, the total commission will be lowered 1/2%.
- If for any reason you decide to cancel the listing, you may do so at any time and it will happen within 48 hours.
- You will get feedback after every showing.
- You will get the absolute best service and deal directly with me, no pesky assistants!
